This year’s Apple iPad 2018 definitely looks like as it was mixed with the iPad Pro with the iPhone X and they got this tablet. Well, that least this is what it was rumored to look like. It will most likely just look like a regular IPad, I’m not going to lie, but this actually makes this tablet look very modern with the small bezels. Although touchscreen computers I looked over in the past like the Asus Zenbook Overview it definitely seems as if touchscreen computers are the new tablet but Apple turned that sign with their new iPad. With the huge size and ‘Apple Pencil ‘that comes with it, I can definitely assume you can most likely do a lot with this device.
Unfortunately, this device is not going to be in release until early June, so what can we learn while we wait? Already the iPad 9.7-inch which was released not too a while ago has 4.4 billion transistors, a four-core design, and a 64-bit architecture, which are already amazing specs coming from the average tech consumer so we can’t even imagine what this tablet is going to give us within video/streaming quality.
With this device in comparison to the 2017 iPad 10.5 pro, within size comparison, there is only a little bit of a difference, the iPad Pro is 10.5 inches within the display and the Apple 2018 iPad is 12.9 inches. That’s almost the size of my current computer which is an Inspiron 15 3000 series which is 13 inches in the display and I already think my computer is pretty big. What does this mean? Well, would you want to carry a 12 inch displayed monster everywhere you go? So it just concludes with the portability of this device especially in traveling in far places, it wouldn’t be too recommended, but you would probably want to carry a 10.5-inch tablet which is the size of some computers. Which would possibly fit the average computer case? It overall just really depends on how your routine goes.
Let’s talk about the battery life of this device. This iPad should last at least 10 hours which is pretty much all day for a human and the A10 fusion processor chip amazing for taking high-resolution photos, or even playing popular games at the moment like Fortnite mobile all at a high resolution. When it comes to pricing it is not difficult at all, but unfortunately, I have a lot of questions why this tablet is only at most $329? It just makes me assume that this is a low-quality tablet, but it mostly has high-quality specifications, so what is up with Apple’s pricing within this? You can literally get at least $130 extra for LTE version, 100 for 128GB storage, and our $329 for 32GB Wifi model. It’s definitely a very big money saver.
In conclusion, it definitely seems as if there is a lot of things to be looking forward to in June if you are looking for a new device. Just judging by specifications like the A10 fusion processor chip and high amounts of RAM it is definitely very speedy and will surprisingly come at a very low price, sales for this will most likely blow up. In conclusion, I would probably rate 4.4 / 5 stars.
