Investing in 1080 TI or 2080 TI

I have finally decided to stop procrastinating on building a PC, so here is a parts list I made on Pc part picker
I am looking to get a used 1080 ti or 2080 (ti?)
I was wondering if there are any major changes to make to this, or if I can cut around 100-200 dollars off this parts list?

I know some of you are good with this, do you think you could help me with this?
I’m looking to spend around 1400 on the computer, and have marked 600 – 800 off for the gpu, but the more I save the better.
