Where can we start off with this? The Zenbook Flip 14 does look like your average windows computer with the thin metal base, fan on the side, and a majority of the HDMI ports on one side and one port on the other. The Asus Zenbooks Flip 14 is definitely a must for portable use with its foldable screen that can rotate all the way to the back, good to be used as a tablet. If you are into light technology this is a definite must for you. With its built-in fingerprint reader with one-touch login via windows hello feature it definitely does have good security like a regular high-security windows laptop. It seems as if Asus wanted to take the fingerprint scanner from the recent mobile smartphones that have been coming out and put it on their new computer.

This device does possess the latest 8th generation Intel Core i7-8550U Quad-Core Processor 8M Cache which prices out to be $1,297.00 and it could be $900 depending on what you would like with the device coming in at 8th Core i5-8250U CPU, 8GB worth of RAM storage, a 256GB SATA solid-state drive, and a Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 or 157 PPI display. It’s definitely a money saver if you aren’t too much of a frequent computer user at your job or your home. This computer comes in 2 colors coming in Gray and Gold which both look very good compared to other laptops. With this and the additional logos and thick to thin design on the keyboard section, it won’t make the computer in the public look to mesmerizing with the colors compared to a surface pro or other related computer with a thick design.

What are the plans the prices that this computer have? There are two prices you can get this device in, at first it will come in at $889.00 which is i5 and $1,297.00 which is i7. Personally, it would be a little bit of a waste if you buy the i7. Both prices have an amazing storage coming in at 256g and for the more expensive it is 512g. 256 is already a lot, so if you are the average internet user I would pick $889 which would save you $408.00 dollars.

The HDMI ports for this device contain HDMI/USB Type C, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and SD Card Reader, except it, only contains one so unfortunately if you do use these ports very often you’re out of luck for this device. Furthermore, this computer does contain fast memory and storage coming in at NVMe PCIe 512GB SSD with 16GB LPDDR3 2133MHz which is one great about this computer, and it comes in within a weight at 3.3 lbs which means it is positively very light. You know, overall it seems as if they took the most popular computer now from Microsoft which is the Surface Pro computer, and they took the pixel book and made it into something more advanced. This would definitely have my buy so far.

In conclusion, most of the pros of this device are that it does have good lighting and a nice portable design. So I was right with that one. Some of the cons are speakers and fingerprints, keys are shallow and not to good for hardcore gaming, but would rate 4.5 / 5 stars. In conclusion, it seems very good for business use. For gaming, it would only be a little bit of a waste of money
